A Vigilant with a history of violence last night launched the first national database 'naming and shaming' 10,000 convicted paedophiles. Chris wittwr, a convicted football hooligan, posted the details on his website, which allows people to search for offenders by location. He said: 'i feel really proud. its quite an achivement and, if it helps people spot sex offenders living in their area who are known risk to children, i've done a good thing'.

i dont think there is any wrong in this, even then some said him of irresponsibly and putting victims of mistaken identity in danger of revenge attacks. we have to see only his intention in this issue because offence against child is a big sin and he contributed in a good intention to the world.
