Intellectual property law and its growth

       In this commercial world, Intellectual property law is developing day by day, it is a great field to practise now a days. But the small scale and medium sized industries are not aware about its importance, so WIPO and other international organisation should publish more journals in the simple language, so that even a common man can understand the importance of intellectual property law. In the present scenario underdeveloped nation is not playing a major role in intellectual property law. This situation should be changed[1].
